“I am fascinated by ceramic products that can be used by a household and that at the same time have a great aesthetic value. When someone buys my work I always tell them, for God's sake, not to just put them behind some cabinet or hide it away, but use it – this is my greatest joy.

I have received fantastic feedback from people coming from far away countries like Japan or America. People have written to me that they have broken their cup and long for a new identical copy as if they couldn’t live without one. Or then someone comes and says that he bought a mug from me 5 years ago, worships it and is so thankful; tells me that he drinks from it every morning, is so incredibly happy with it. Exactly this is what I really enjoy”.
